It sure looks that way. Not only are Snooki and Jionni an item, but photographers caught the Sammi and Ronnie leaving the Seaside Heights house at the end of season 4, looking very much in love.
This after the couple broke up last season when Sammi learned that Ronnie had been cheating on her. Footage apparently showed him kissing other women before getting into bed with her. To add insult to injury, the girls never told her what was going on behind her back. She was angry, hurt and betrayed. And she was extremely embarrassed realizing that he did this to her while millions of fans watched. Whatever their problems, they obviously seem to have made up while in Florence and all looks well.
