Russian Dolls: NBC's Interview With Marina

I just watch another clip of Marina being interviewed.  She says many of the same things we have already heard about Russian Dolls.  The show is a mixed bag of Khardashians, Housewives and Jersey Shore.  She seems to love being in the limelight.  The best part about this interview is all the clips of the show that we get to see as she talks.  All the while Marina has been complaining about her mother-in-law, Eva, the fortune teller.  Well, I have been reading review after review of the show.  I can tell you they are all bad.  No one seems to have enjoyed the preview.  However, if there is one bright spot, a couple of writers mentioned that Eva should be the star of the show!  Yes, Eva Levitis, Michael's mother, seems to have gotten the best comments out there.  There are some glimpses of Eva in this particular interview.  So if you can't wait for tonight's premiere, click below and enjoy!

Russian Dolls: The Alyona Show Interviews Marina!

Marina Levitis appeared on The Alyona Show to discuss Russian Dolls.  Even though the show was searching for the next Snooki and Situation, and promotes itself as the next Jersey Shore, Marina says it is not like Jersey Shore at all.  She says it is a mix of the family drama in the Khardashians, the partying of Jersey Shore for young people, and it has Housewives drama between women.  So it's unique in that it combines three or four show into one and has something for everyone. 

Marina says she is a unique character...and after watching the video two times I would have to agree!

She tells us what to expect in the show and that it will be from a Russian-American perspective.  She feel all the negative crircisms of the show are misplaced.  People haven't seen it, but they are anticipating a lot negative stereotyping to be depicted on the show.

Just, look at my face! Like. What goes on? I have no idea what happened tonight. All I know is that, I'm chewing on f*cking Deena's Pinocchio guy's nose right now, ok. I got chocolate on my hands, chocolate on my face. (Shakes head) I don't even know what to do. But. I'll figure it out. So good, (hiccup) so far.

AW YEAH, Pinocchio's n- (hiccup) o-(hiccup). Pino-(hiccup) o- wait (hiccup, hiccup). Blrbluroublr AW YEAH.

If I had chocolate on my hands and face, I really wouldn't know what to do either. Ronnie is usually not this amusing, so it's nice to see. I hope Pinocchio-Nose-Gate makes it into an episode. I must get to the bottom of this chocolate-covered mystery.

Jersey Shore: Episode 1 Sneak Peek

We're just days away from the new season of the Jersey Shore in Italy, which premieres this Thursday night. The extended trailer MTV released promises that this season will have more fights, more hook ups... more of the same.

Now, we already know that the city of Florence forbade the cast from drinking in public, as well as in local bars and clubs. But this sneak peek of episode 1 shows that we can expect even more differences this season, starting with the Ron-Ron juice.

So besides the lack of vodka, what other mishaps can we expect on this Italian vacation? Well, for one, it seems tanning and nail salons in Italy require you to schedule an appointment weeks in advance. That will make GTL a bit harder, so perhaps the guys won't look quite so fresh to death.

It also seems the roommates weren't aware about the voltage difference in Italy, which means that Pauly D might have trouble with his blow out, and Sammi won't be able to straighten her already straight hair. The horror!

We might be in for a good season, but most people think the cast is at their best back in Seaside. Guess we'll find out JERZDAY.
